Who are we?
Moloni is a SaaS platform offering online invoicing and commercial management solutions within the Portuguese market, currently serving over 38 000 customers. Our mission is to simplify the management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our vision is to create the most simple, intuitive, and efficient invoicing software on the market.

The PM is responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met within established timeframes and budgets, whilst maintaining alignment with the needs of the client, stakeholders, and the company.
The Product Owner (PO) maximises the value of a product within Scrum by managing the product backlog. They define and prioritise functionalities based on customer value and business objectives, communicate requirements, plan releases with the development team, and adjust the backlog according to feedback and market changes. They act as the bridge between stakeholders and development, ensuring the product meets client expectations and the organisation's strategic goals.
As PM/PO, you are primarily responsible for the business success of our solutions/products in the market, specifically the new Moloni ON product.

- Identifying new opportunities that generate value for both the client and the company.

Backlog ownership & Requirements definition
- Acting as the main point of contact for the Engineering team, defining and maintaining a prioritised Product Backlog.
- Translating stakeholder and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensuring that technical requirements for task execution are integrated into the backlog and the development process.
Performance monitoring & Optimisation
- Defining success metrics (North Star Metric, business and product KPIs) and the value measurement framework.
- Analysing product data and utilising Business Intelligence tools to measure the impact of launched solutions and guide iteration decisions (build/measure/learn).
- Presenting performance reports and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Collaboration & Stakeholder management
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing.
- Managing expectations and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency regarding the roadmap and progress.
