We are looking for someone to fill the role of UX/Technical Writer with a passion for creating useful content and clear documentation that enhances our customers' journey. If you want to make a real impact and help build a seamless user experience through words, this position is for you.

What you'll do

You will collaborate not only with the Communication & Marketing team but also with the Design, Product, and Customer Support teams. Your responsibilities will be divided into three main areas:

1. UX Writing

• Learn and maintain the Moloni tone of voice, ensuring consistency throughout the entire customer journey.
• Write copy for buttons, menus, error/success messages, alerts, and welcome messages, among others, across all our digital products, guiding users intuitively.
• Collaborate directly with our UX/UI Designers to create interfaces that are not only functional but also easy to understand.

2. Technical and Support Documentation

• Create, manage, and optimise our knowledge base, efficiently answering user queries through Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), detailed tutorials, and step-by-step guides.
• Accurately translate technical documentation and product content (PT-EN and EN-PT).
• Transform complex features into simple, practical help articles that empower our customers.

3. Usability Testing

• Plan and conduct usability tests directly with Moloni users to validate the clarity and effectiveness of the content.
• Analyse user feedback and identify areas for improvement in product communication.
• Collaborate on creating usability reports.

What we're looking for

We are seeking someone with a portfolio that demonstrates their skills and combines analytical thinking with creativity and empathy.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Writer, Technical Writer, or in a similar role (a portfolio is mandatory).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent writing and translation skills in both languages.
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
• Autonomy to manage projects, organisational skills to meet deadlines, and a team spirit to collaborate effectively.
• A critical and proactive mindset, with a strong desire to continuously improve the user experience.

It would be a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Spanish.
• Experience with design tools, such as Figma.
• Previous experience conducting usability tests or user interviews.
