What will you do?

As a Junior AI & Data Solutions Architect, you will:

Build AI solutions from scratch

• • Develop prototypes and PoCs of applications with LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Implement data pipelines and integrations.
  • Work on projects that directly impact our products, internal teams, and customer service.

Create insights through data

• • Develop dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Analyze patterns and trends in large data volumes.
  • Create reports and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Work with BI and analytics tools.

Learn (a lot!) on an accelerated curve

• • Participate in our 12-week onboarding program (432 hours of hands-on learning).
  • Master modern technologies: Python, SQL, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, RAG, GCP, Elasticsearch, visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), etc.
  • Close accompaniment with weekly mentoring and daily check-ins.

Work with the latest technologies

• • Work with prompt and context engineering, models, and AI agents.
  • Participate in building the company's AI strategy.
  • Contribute to the MAID working groups and brainstorming sessions.

What are we looking for?

Essential

• • Degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields, or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and databases (SQL & noSQL).
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and Machine Learning (even if you're still learning!).
  • Technical English (lots of documentation and materials are in English).
  • Willingness to learn quickly and autonomously.
  • Team spirit and good communication.

Nice to have

• • Basic knowledge of LLMs, RAG, or AI agents.
  • Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP).
  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Experience with exploratory data analysis.
  • Personal or academic projects with AI.
  • Open-source contributions.

What do we offer?

Work Conditions

• • Flexible 4.5-day schedule: 36 hours/week - 4 full days (9h-18h) + half day (4 hours). You choose when: morning or afternoon.
  • Hybrid model: 2 days in-office, all the rest remote, if you want, after 12-week in-office onboarding.
  • Preferred start date: February or March 2026.
  • Gross annual salary: 32.000€ - 42.000€ (depending on experience).
