What will you do?
You will collaborate not only with the Design team but also with the Communication & Marketing, Product and Customer Support teams. Your responsibilities will be divided into 3 main areas:
1. Design Conception and Execution
- Lead the design cycle from initial concept exploration and ideas to the final delivery of high-fidelity user interfaces (UI) ready for implementation.
- Create and refine user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to help visualize and validate proposed solutions.
- Ensure a high standard of visual quality and usability across every screen, applying best practices to create intuitive and visually appealing experiences.
2. Strategy, Research and Collaboration
- Work closely with product management and development teams to align user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Participate in research methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews and metrics analysis, to ground design decisions in real feedback and concrete data.
- Present and advocate for design proposals clearly and persuasively to teams and stakeholders, articulating the logic and value behind every decision.
3. Process and Systems Optimization
- Manage the maintenance and evolution of our Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability and efficiency across all company products.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for components, design patterns and system guidelines, empowering teams to work more autonomously.
- Analyze the performance of implemented solutions and use feedback to constantly iterate and refine designs, fostering a culture of continuous user experience optimization.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a portfolio that demonstrates their skills and combines analytical thinking with creativity and empathy.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Understanding of User-Centered Design principles.
- Proven experience in designing and creating attractive and functional user interfaces, considering the customer journey.
- Experience with Design Systems (focusing on Atomic Design principles).
- Advanced knowledge of design tools, specifically Figma or similar.
- Proactive, organized and committed.
- Strong problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written).
Bonus Points (Nice to have)
- Experience in usability testing, including planning, conducting user tests, analyzing results and applying UX improvement techniques.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
What do we offer?
Working conditions
- Flexible 4.5-day schedule: 36 hours/week — 4 full days (9 am - 6 pm) + half day (4 hours). You choose the day and the period (morning or afternoon).
- Hybrid model: 2 days in the office, the rest remote (optional) after a 12-week in-person onboarding.
- Preferred start date: February or March 2026.
- Gross annual salary: €15,500 - €20,000 (depending on experience).
