What will you do?

As a Mid-Level AI & Data Solutions Architect, you have autonomy and responsibility to:

Architect and implement production-ready AI solutions

• • Design and develop end-to-end AI systems (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) using LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Customize and optimize existing solutions for specific use cases.
  • Work on critical integrations and on implementation of data engineering and streaming projects.

Lead Data Analytics initiatives

• • Architect Business Intelligence and analytics solutions.
  • Develop executive dashboards and strategic reports.
  • Apply advanced data analysis techniques for business insights.
  • Define metrics and KPIs for products and operations.

Elevate the team

• • Do pair programming and code reviews with juniors.
  • Share knowledge in internal workshops and MAID working groups.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the onboarding program and other team’s guidelines.
  • Collaborate in establishing best practices and standards.

Innovate and experiment

• • Actively participate in defining Moloni's AI strategy.
  • Build PoCs and validate hypotheses in fast cycles.
  • Work on advanced prompt and context engineering, models, and testing.
  • Identify AI application opportunities in products, internal teams, and customer service.

Collaborate cross-functionally

• • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and Commercial.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Present results and recommendations to stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

Essential

• • Degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related fields, or related experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
  • Advanced Python and SQL/noSQL (experience with complex queries and optimization).
  • Practical experience with LLMs and/or RAG systems (even if personal/academic) and agentic design patterns (LangChain/LangGraph).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (preference for GCP).
  • Ability to design data architectures and AI systems.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Autonomy to work on projects from start to finish.

We highly value

• • Experience with AI Agents and advanced prompt/context engineering.
  • Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph in production projects.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and production model deployment.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch or other search engines.
  • Experience in data streaming and real-time architectures.
  • Knowledge of data mesh or modern data architecture concepts.
  • Experience with BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Looker).
  • Data storytelling ability and creation of executive dashboards.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and business intelligence.
  • Open-source contributions or demonstrable portfolio.
  • Experience in fintech or B2B/SaaS products.

What do we offer?

Work Conditions

• • Flexible 4.5-day schedule: 36 hours/week - 4 full days (9h-18h) + half day (4 hours). You choose when: morning or afternoon.
  • Hybrid model: 2 days in-office, all the rest remote, if you want, after 12-week in-office onboarding.
  • Preferred start date: February or March 2026.
  • Gross annual salary: 45.000€ - 55.000€ (depending on experience).
